I submitted an inquiry with this firm and did not receive a response for approximately one month. When they eventually called, I was out of town over the holidays. I promptly replied explaining I was traveling and would return the call once I was back. I then received an email stating they would not consider representation because I did not respond within a “reasonable time frame,” despite the initial month-long delay on their end and my clear communication. I understand firms have internal intake policies, but the inconsistency in expectations is alarming and the lack of organization, disappointing. I'm glad I chose another firm to represent me in my case.

Dolan Law Firm did a great job of communicating with me and helping me resolve a difficult case. The responsible person was not a US citizen, and they believe that he fled the country rather than face his financial responsibilities. This was after hiring multiple private investigators to track him down, but to no avail. The follow up to these efforts by the Dolan team was no-less efficient in its aim to see me somewhat compensated by the insurance company who the claim was directed. Thank you all very much.

I can't say in words how truly thankful I am to Brianna and the rest of the team at Dolan. Competent compassionate and trustworthy, they helped me navigate a traumatic time in my life. Being a firefighter/ocean rescue person im always on the others end of a wreck or rescues.dealing with death and severe injury on a monthly basis sometimes. When it happened to me it not only triggered a lot of memories of past calls but I really had no way of coping and that was confusing and frustrating. Dolan legal and medical team helped me so much.
