I love this spa. Came in December with my fried. For her birthday. Massage was amazing and enjoyed the hydro bath. Felt so relaxed afterwards. I live 45 minutes away and will travel to this spa.
Giving this place 3 stars, it's a bit smaller I side than I expected and the lounge area and female locker rooms are also smaller than expected. The staff was great and if you're looking for a good deep tissue massage, the massage therapists are good, they made me sore though and didn't quite aim at my lower back which I wanted them to do. The facial was good too, I enjoyed it, I do wish there was more massage in the face though. It's a bit expensive, for 1 massage, 1 facial and 1 teen facial, with tip I paid $460. It was by birthday 🎂 so I spoiled myself.. definitely a once a year type of gift for the price in my opinion.
Did a couple massage (Dolce Vita Couple Delight) and let me tell you, having the Aromatherapy Sauna and Hydrotherapy Tub for 1 full hour and then the combo massage the next hour. The best investment to our relationship and being able to check out from the world and relax. To top it off, the mimosas and infused water, WIN! Highly recommend
Had a facial with the lovely esti Addy (Adona E.) and it was amazing. She was educated in what my skin needed, and did a great job with my treatments. She made me feel comfortable as this was my first facial. I will be back to see her 100%. The atmosphere is sooo relaxing and nice inside. Although expensive, it’s a very well thought out and professional spa.
Go to Thunder Valley, they're awesome. Do not waste any energy on this place. I booked a birthday appointment for 8/24 two weeks in advance. 4 days prior to my appointment I receive an unapologetic text, no call, telling me that due to a system error I need to change my appointment type or time. I attached screen shots of the conversation. I would not be able to afford expensive spa services if I did not work. Trying to quickly respond to these while I am working means typos happen as this is low priority. Whoever was responding to me was very dry and lacking empathy. Would it kill you to say "we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your flexibility"? Where is the customer service Dolce Vita? After 40 minutes of waiting for a response to my cancellation request I called and the appointment was cancelled confirmation received via email. My friend is also cancelling her appointment so Dolce Vita missed out on two loyal massage loving customers.
