Mr Johnson took our 13 year old grandson and his friend out 3 days. We were more than pleased . The boys caught nice fish every day Mr Johnson is very patient ,kind and knowledgeable. We will be using him again for future trips He is the best
It was an absolute pleasure fishing with Mr Donald, his professionalism as an accomplished bass fisherman was very prevalent at all times. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and have a fishing experience that will be memorable. I can’t wait until I can get to fish with him again. I know there are a lot of licensed guides on Lake Guntersville, I don’t know how you can find one better than Mr Donald!!!
Mr. Johnson is a wonderful guide and took great care of my son and me while fishing today. He knew exactly where the fish were at what time and what to catch them on. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to everyone I know!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I chartered a fishing trip with Donald Johnson Fishing today for my son’s 10th birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived in Guntersville at 5:50 a.m. and pushed off right at 6. By the time we reached our fishing spot, the action started immediately—the fish were biting nonstop! Since this was my son’s very first time fishing, Donald went above and beyond to make sure it would be the best experience possible for him. Just a few casts in, my son had his first bass on the hook and was reeling it in with a huge smile. That moment really set the tone for the entire trip—fun, exciting, and full of great memories. Donald’s patience, professionalism, and passion for what he does made the day unforgettable. Thank you, Donald Johnson Fishing, for helping us create such a special memory. My son is already asking when we can come back—and we definitely will!
If you want to go fishing and want to have a next level experience Donald Johnson fishing is the only way to go. First class service from being at dock waiting for you and netting every fish to helping out the kiddos with his great personality. He doesn’t mind working with the kids to show them how to catch them even if they have very little experience. We boated 24 nice bass and even missed probably half a dozen more on just a short 4 hour trip. Having a blast and beating the heat was our goal and we left Guntersville more than satisfied. I am a repeat customer and will use Donald again in the future.
