I went into the store for a minor watch repair and new battery. They had so much inventory and the owners and staff were so friendly and so personable that I visited for 20 minutes. I learned they create custom pieces and not only do they have a large inventory of beautiful jewelry pieces but they can also order a piece for you! I found a business tgat is professional but warm and inviting and I’ll go back for gifts and ideas for special occasions. You MUST go in and meet the new owners- this is a wonderful store! Go check it out and you will leave feeling GREAT about your day!
This place is a hidden gem. I came in to have a few links removed from my watch and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly experienced. This business has been in the jewelry industry for over 40 years and it truly shows. What I appreciated most was being able to speak directly with the jeweler and craftsman, which made the whole process feel transparent and trustworthy. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them.
First time going to a jewelry place to have my watch and necklace fixed. New battery and clasp replaced at great prices. Mark and his family, and staff had excellent service. I felt like every question and concern was taken and answered with knowledge and experience. Mark gave me multiple options and everything was very smooth and easy. Will definitely return and will tell my friends and family about Douglas family owned and run business.
I found Douglas diamonds on google. I read all reviews carefully because there are not many jewelers that are trusting. However Douglas diamonds is family owned which is why I chose them to size my wedding ring. The moment I walked in I felt completely at ease and father and son are extremely pleasant people. Absolutely wonderful and they listen. Normally ring sizing takes a few weeks but I was in a bind and needed it done in a week and they did it without hesitation. So I would recommend Douglas diamonds without a doubt. I will continue to have Douglas diamonds a part of my jewelry journey I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you again father and son for a wonderful experience!!
