I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Riley and his entire team. I’ve had three appointments so far, and every single experience has been exceptional. When I had a concern, they were able to get me in the very next day, and then scheduled me the following week to take care of the issue, which truly meant so much to me. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness. Joni at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly. Holly, Dr. Riley’s dental assistant, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. My hygienist, Lauren, was so sweet and made me feel right at home during my cleaning. Above all, Dr. Riley is absolutely amazing; sweet, extremely gentle, and clearly very skilled. Hands down, this is the best dentist and dental office I have ever been to. I actually feel comfortable and confident going to the dentist now, which I never thought I’d say. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!
Dr Ryan Riley has done alot of work on my teeth in the last three years. He is one of the best dentist I've ever been to. Very genuine guy! He's stayed late and busy or not he works me into the schedule same day. I've had a couple of emergencies and I've called the after hours number and he's gotten back to me within five mins.. I Highly recommend him for anyone who needs to see a dentist!
Everyone here is so wonderful and friendly! From the minute you walk in you instantly feel the calming presence of the entire office. I have personally had a difficult time going to the dentist in the past but my concerns and fears are always addressed, validated, and then decrease by every hygienist and Dr. Riley! Could not say better about this practice! Highly recommend this office to anyone who would like calming energy at the dentist!!!!
Since graduating from college and moving away from home, I had to find a new dentist. I heard pretty good things frol Reddit so I decided to give Downtown Dental a chance. This was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Scheduling was very east. You are always met with kindness here. I had gone a couple years without a cleaning, so I was a bit nervous about that part; this ended up being the most gentle cleaning I’ve had. Dr. Riley was great and explained everything very well. A kind and thoughtful team who is also very good at what they do!!
Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind. You can tell they truly value their patients and they consistently put out great work. I've had about 3 fillings here and all of them have come out really great. Dr. Riley is also so great at explaining procedures and providing care. This is by far my favorite dentist's office that I've ever visited.
