Downtown Phoenix Dental was amazing, I had unbearable pain and needed an emergency root canal; I called that morning and they squeezed me in that same day, provided service and alleviated pain. Dr Saif put me at ease, he is very thorough, patient and understanding; he made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure; I cannot say thank you enough. This statement also rings true for all of the staff I encountered throughout my visit. As an additional perk the environment was soothing, all services done in one chair (xrays/procedure), advanced equipment, not to mention they are affordable. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Downtown Phoenix Dental.
Avoid at all costs. Unnecessary/ poorly executed fillings left me in pain for the last year and a half. I used to love this dentist, but the previous Dr. sold the practice last year. The new dentist / owner convinced me I needed two fillings during my first routine cleaning with him. Trusting him based off my previous great experiences at the office I agreed to the fillings even though I was in no pain or discomfort at the time. Immediately following the procedure I had significant pain at both locations of the fillings. A week later I came back in to have them looked at. I was told it could be due to improperly cured resin / filling material. Later they ruled that out. My pain persisted. A few weeks later I called in still complaining of pain at the filling locations. I was told it could be “bruising” and take up to a year to resolve itself. It’s been over a year and the pain still persists. I do not trust this dentist to accurately diagnose or treat any dental issues. I wish I had never let him work on me. Avoid at all costs.
Just moved to Phoenix and needed to find a new dentist. I am so happy I listened to other Google reviews and booked an appointment at Downtown Phoenix Dental. Audra and Dr. McKee were amazing taking care of me during my recent cleaning and cavity filling. They explained everything so well, made sure I was comfortable, and were so friendly and fun to talk to.
My experience these past years have been positive. I’ve been seen by three different Drs throughout the years and each extremely kind & to the point when it comes to treatment needs. They truly help us patients aka non Drs understand our teeth. Even during renovations! They were OPEN! They have truly made this a chic and warm office space. Their advanced dental technology has been fantastic for same day crown making or reception squeezing you in on next available appointment slots through text (texting appointment scheduling is a game changer). The whole crew is so cool, real people just making smiles happen. Ps. They validate parking in building so yeah you’re welcome! Check if your insurance is covered here and maybe we’ll be in the waiting area at the same time one day. :)
I have had nothing but great experiences at this office. I have been coming here for years, and have always found the entire team to be welcoming and professional. I love my hygienist, Audra - she is friendly, talks through everything, and makes me feel comfortable. I'm also impressed that they are always on the cutting edge of technology! Always something new. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend coming here!
