I just had the most amazing facial with Nadiya, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. My skin had been feeling dry and dull lately, and I was starting to notice more fine lines. Nadiya knew exactly what to do. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She took the time to understand my skin’s needs and customized the entire facial to focus on hydration and anti-aging. Every product she used felt luxurious and soothing—and her technique is simply unmatched. My skin felt plump, deeply hydrated, and visibly smoother. I left glowing. If you’re dealing with dryness or signs of aging, do yourself a favor and book with Nadiya. She’s a true expert and has such a healing, gentle presence.
In 2024 I purchased a 4 massage package from Destination Massage. I am busy like any other working mom so my appointments were very spread out over time. The last time I went in, I was told that they were switching owners but not to worry- that my account details stayed the same and the massages on my account would be transferable to the new business. A new woman manager was there and even introduced herself by name and shook my hand. Fast forward to today when I call to make an appointment to use my credit. I am told they decided there would be a cut off date and now I no longer have massage credits on my account. They said they emailed anyone whose email address they had on file but yet could not provide any information beyond that. Needless to say, I never received said email- I just lost out on hundreds of dollars and the mental break I was so in need of. Thanks a lot DR BUFFALO - I will never be returning to your facility as honoring your word is clearly not in alignment with your business practices. Silly me to have trusted the same.
CUTE place! First time there for a facial. Staff was friendly welcoming and helpful. Nadiya took me back to this room that was playing relaxing music, dim lights, with cute decor. Nadiya's facial was great! My face feels soft and hydrated. When checking ouy i was looking at the other options I wanted to get done and Dr. Armen Kirakosyan gave me a consult on the spot and explained the different options and answered all my questions! Already booked for my 2nd visit!
I recently had a consultation appointment at Dr. Buffalo’s office with Dr. K and his RN, Nadiya, and the experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Nadiya performed the service I came in for, and she was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. Makayla was amazing , help me with all my questions and answers all my concerns. Place look modern, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Nadia RN aesthetic did my procedure and I was amazed with my result . Would recommend this spa to anyone. Dr.K is best doctor in buffalo.spa used best anti aging products. Can wait to be back🥰
