They should up on time, and performed the exact work needed. Omar was polite, thorough, and checked all connections before the ceiling was to be reinstalled under the pipes. I don’t know if they were the cheapest- but when you need a plumber on the spot they did great.
Couldn't be happier with DrainTech, they were courteous, professional, and honest! Called to get some work done for a shower faucet replacement a few months ago, Lauren answered any questions I had and passed me on to Mark for the more technical questions. Both of them were really patient, and I appreciate the fact that they took the time to go over all the options and costs before booking an appointment. The quote was more than reasonable, and there was no pressure to book anything on the spot. They showed up a few days later and completed the replacement, absolutely stellar work. Top tier staff and company, highly recommend!
