Exceptional Service at Dream Team Collision!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Dream Team Collision! Todd and his team are amazing! My 2024 Tesla Model Y sustained significant damage when a piece of metal got lodged in the tire and damaged the surrounding bodywork. It was a nightmare scenario, but the team at Dream Team Collision made the repair process completely painless. Morgan was absolutely brilliant with the communication, providing regular updates every step of the way. I never once felt left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. They took incredible care of everything—from dealing with the tire issue to perfecting the complex bodywork. The final result is flawless. They did a wonderful, professional job, and I am so grateful for their expertise and excellent customer service. If you need collision repair, this is the place to go! Highly recommended! Thank you! You guys really are the Dream Team, so keep up the great work!
This people is amazing, not only are heir work is impressive, but their customer service is terrific. Their knowledge and handling insurance companies is amazing and even they got me way earlier than my original appt and delivery was right on time. I hope I don’t have to be back at this place, but if I do, I can def comeback to Dream Team Collision.
Only thing I can say is Dream Team Collision did an amazing job repairing my Tesla MY Juniper. All were very professional and accommodating. The repairs done A+++++++++. LOVE IT. Will post images later.
Todd and Dream Team automotive are excellent. I was t-boned and found out that the Tesla dealership does not do repairs at this time and referred me to the Dream Team. They were easy to work with did all the paperwork with my progressive insurance company and was able to fix my car under the 2 week timeframe I was originally told. If you have any model Tesla don't hesitate they are better than you think.
Dream team Collision did Ana amazing job repairing my Tesla after a small fender bender. Communication was flawless and the work was done extremely quickly. Highly recommend them for any Tesla collision repairs in the Hampton Roads area!
