Have been using Dreamland Bouncers twice a year for 8 years at our community events. Wendy and Nate are great to work with, arrive in plenty of time to set up and have a great selection of houses for all ages. Just booked them for next year's spring event. Suzzie Morning Sun Farms Event Coordinator
This is the second time using Dreamland bouncers and we highly recommend them. They were super helpful in choosing the right slide for our party and gladly answered any questions I had. They also gave me a 45 min window of time that they would come set up (and take down) which was highly appreciated. Then texted again once they were on their way. Set up and take down was done in 15 minutes - they have it down to an art for sure. Needless to say, the water slide was a huge hit. We look forward to using Dreamland Bouncers for many fun future events.
We hosted an end of the year class party and the water slide, dunk tank and snow cone machine were the perfect party additions! Set up was early, the family was so sweet and instructions were user friendly!! We were so happy with how everything turned out. Thanks to Dreamland Bouncers for giving us such a great experience.
Highly recommend! The kids had a blast, the bounce house arrived right on schedule and was super clean. The customer service and delivery team was on point, making everything super easy - and they had so many great options to choose from. Will definitely use them again in the future!
We had an amazing experience with Dreamland Bouncers yesterday. It was unusually windy and Robyn was concerned but not about the bounce house but about the children. She said the bounce house is replaceable but the kids being safe is their priority. That was so refreshing and I really appreciated that! They decided it was safe enough to set up and they clearly did a great job because it didn’t budge at all, even with the wind. The bounce house itself was in amazing condition! It looked brand new and the kids loved it and had a blast. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others.
