Overall, our repairman knew how to diagnose, repair, and clean dryer vents. I especially liked the before and after pictures. He cleaned up well inside and outside. We had a new vent cover put on outside. What an improvement! The old one was too small, and a bird was able to fly into it. I’m 65+ and my grading might be a little tough. I am very particular, and I am a “Karen”. The 4-star rating is because he didn’t bring booties (he was standing with dead bird parts and who knows what else), and put his testing equipment on our Speed Queen washer and dryer without a mat or towel for protection. Quality service people used to do these things. He also let a couple of minor swear words fly, but did apologize. Other pluses: I was able to schedule my appointment online. I was notified by text when he was on the way, and he showed up on time. Everything is online. He showed us all the charges and explained them well once we requested he slow down. We are in retirement speed.
Dryer Vent Wizard of Chattanooga is a highly professional organization. I scheduled my appointment online after working hours and received an immediate call to verify the details of my appointment. Their technician, Ryan was exactly on time, extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the entire job in just about an hour from inspection, job, to cleanup. This company and Ryan are doing EVERYTHING correctly! I highly recommend them, and will be using them in the future. Thank you, Ryan!
Ryan was our tech and he was fantastic. He is friendly, professional and arrived on time. Ryan investigated our dryer line and made a great recommendation. It turns out our line was in very bad shape and it made more sense to have a whole new line put in. He quoted a price and stuck to that quoted price when he was finished. There were some tricky things to deal with as our home has a lot of stonework on the exterior. Ryan found a great place for the vent to go and fabricated what was needed to make it work and look great. He is a hard worker and very timely too. Ryan went over everything with us to show how much better the new line worked than the old line. He also cleaned everything up when he finished. Our home is much safer thanks to the work Ryan did. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard and ask for Ryan to be your tech!
Dryer Vent recently cleaned our roof dryer vent. We have been using them for the past three years and have been very pleased. This is one of the most important maintenance pieces for every homeowner and as such it is on our to do list each year. Tommy, the owner, took the time to answer all of my questions to put me at ease; he has been in this business for quite some time so he pretty much knows everything there is to know about dryer vents; I really appreciate his time. What makes these guys really stand out is the fact that this company specializes in dryer vents, that’s all they do, unlike the other places I called prior to finding Dryer Vent, those other companies only offered it as an add on, their main specialties were usually air ducts cleaning or HVAC maintenance and service. I much rather go with someone who specializes in dryer vents and knows them in and out. Ryan, our tech, was on time, as usual, and was very patient with me, he explained every step and even took pictures to show me how clean our vent was to further reassure me. Now we can confidently use our dryer knowing that is clean and safe to use. One other thing I want to mention is that their rates are also very reasonable, all around a great experience and great team. We plan on using them again next year and definitely recommend them to others. Thank you, Dryer Vent!
