Well established gallery, great owners, quality art with lots of Texas landscapes. Artists represented are well known, it’s always a pleasure to return and see what’s new. The website is up to date and very helpful.
Today was my first experience with Pam and Dutch Art gallery. She was incredibly patient and helpful! I tried many frame options for my needlework pieces and we came up with the perfect unique pairings. Genuine passion like this rarely exists these days, and it’s such a refreshing change from chain stores!
Enjoyed working with the owner and staff. Very professional and an array of artwork to fit your decor, office or gift items. Custom and ready-made framing are available and classes are offered as well. Highly recommend this gallery.
Esta galería y tienda de marcos es, con mucho, mi favorita en Dallas. Esa afirmación proviene de la experiencia de haber visitado muchos lugares en la zona. Como artista, es increíblemente fácil trabajar con ellos, son muy intuitivos, amables y aman el arte tanto como yo. Seleccionan los marcos para mi obra con mucha deliberación. De alguna manera siempre logran elegir algo que realza la obra de forma perfecta, llevándola a otro nivel. También hacen demos para artistas que son enormemente divertidas e interesantes tanto para artistas como para quienes no lo son, con artistas fantásticos de la zona. ¡Me encanta este lugar! Tú también. Definitivamente te recomiendo que lo visites, incluso si aún no vas a comprar.
My name as an artist is unknown. I am just learning to oil paint under the skilled teaching of Mary Anne Whittle. I take my important paintings to The Dutch Art Gallery for their artistic framing. Pam treats me like I am a well known Dallas Painter. I look at the other work that is displayed in the gallery and admire the excellent work of true artists. I am made to feel just as important by Pam and the Dutch Art Gallery Staff. I thank them for my time spent in their shop for I benefit more then they realize. I highly recommend The Dutch Art Gallery not only for framing but for purchasing beautiful pieces of sculpture and of course oil paintings for your home or office. Bobby Lou Turrentine
