I went in for a 90min massage with Angel. She was fantastic, she is very talented, I would love to give her a 5 star. However part way through my massage they started doing a spray tan, which was very loud and the service provider had to yell over her machine. The facility was nice and clean.
I had an hour long massage recently. Upon arriving 10 mins early, I filled out a normal intake form, had to use the restroom, and then started the massage about 10 mins late, and by the time it was all started it was probably only a 40-45 min massage. A bit disappointed given how much it cost.
Do NOT purchase in store GIFTCARDS from this day Spa. I really wanted to love this day spa because the services themselves are nice and Shae is amazing but their gift card policy is extremely disappointing. I received a gift card as a present from my husband and assumed, like most places, that I’d be able to use it when I had time. Instead, I found out it expires in just 1 YEAR !? When I called to schedule, the staff made me feel like I was at fault for not using it sooner and were very dismissive when I mentioned that the short expiration didn’t seem fair because they had already taken our money. Rather than being understanding or appreciative that I still wanted to come in and spend money there, they complained about their policy being “clearly stated” and offered me 1/2 of my husbands original payment of $200. A spa should be about relaxation and feeling taken care of, but this experience felt stressful and honestly a bit greedy. If you’re thinking about buying a gift card here, just know it comes with strings attached. I’d love to see them not put any expiration dates on their gift cards and handle these situations with more kindness and customer care. Until then, I’d be hesitant to recommend their gift cards to anyone.
Booked a couples massage and were very pleased! My husband was paired with Natalie, who was able to work on his problem areas with the strong pressure, as he was hoping for. She continually checked on his comfort level to make sure he was doing okay. It’s difficult to find a massage therapist who can really dig into his shoulders deep enough, but he remarked afterwards what a great job she did and how much better his range of motion is! My masseuse, Shannon, is an absolute magician on knots! My neck and shoulders feel amazing! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. Music was relaxing, bedding was clean and warm. Perfect date night. Thank you Natalie and Shannon!
Had a pedicure here this week- hands down my favorite pedicure I've ever received. Won’t be going anywhere else! The time, attention, massage, nail shaping, polish, everything was superb. My pedicurist let me take the lead on talking, let me relax and close my eyes, but chatted if I initiated. The perfect balance!
