Went here for an MPI windshield claim, went smoothly, was communicated with throughout and genuinely loved all the team members I interacted with! LOOK AT THAT PAINT JOB 🤩 Also my pup made a mess in the cab before I dropped off and they cleaned the whole damn cab so well. Well done Eastside Collision!! Hopefully i wont need to be back but if I do this is the place. (Enjoy free dog photo lol)
I would give 6, even 7, stars if possible. My car got perfectly repaired. The mechanics are real professionals and the office staff is absolutely polite and efficient. I'm really thankful for what Eastside Collision treated my car. Every single detail was covered. When I picked up my car it was completely nice and clean inside and outside. I was plenty updated by Robyne during the repairing process and they also provided me a rental car for the whole period of time while my car was being repaired. A collision is never a good experience but this repairing definitely was. Thanks.

Huge shout-out to the awesome office gals — Dixie, Robyne, and Julie — who kept me updated every step of the way via text and explained everything clearly as my car moved through the shop. The work turned out amazing; my car looks better than ever. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both top-notch quality and genuinely good people, but this shop absolutely does. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto body work!
After experiencing a car accident caused by a deer, which left my car severely damaged, I came across this company. Robin's warm and welcoming response brought me comfort. Later, Dixie's cheerful voice and her timely updates on the vehicle assessment greatly relieved my stress. You can’t imagine how powerful warmth can be! The name Maybe spelled wrong. 😅 I’m deeply grateful to these two wonderful ladies from the company. Your kind words over the phone gave me so much strength. Had an awesome experience with Eastside Collision. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, quick to respond, and honestly just really respectful toward me and my vehicle. Huge shoutout to Dixie!! She was amazing!! She made a stressful situation so much easier, kept me in the loop the whole time, and was just genuinely kind and helpful. Even though my vehicle ended up being written off, I left feeling completely taken care of. If you’re ever in a tough spot with your vehicle, I recommend Eastside on Marion! We were very much in a pickle and they made sure that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This was my first time using them and I will hopefully not be back… but if I need to I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to them!
