I’ve dealt with three body shops in the last year and I’m VERY impressed with Eastside Moray Collision and Glass. Iris is the reason I’m coming back. She is wonderful to deal with, friendly and so organized. She communicated very well when I was on vacation and even gave me a loaner. The work was top notch too. You can’t go wrong with taking your vehicle to Eastside Moray! I have taken my 20 year old truck there twice and both times the service has been outstanding. I recently had a MPI claim and from the time I had to drop off my truck for them to inspect the damage, Iris offered me one of their courtesy vehicles so I was able to go back to work, when I had to drop off the vehicle to get the bodywork done, arrangements were made for a Uber to pick me up to take me to get my rental car. Iris supplied update texts on the status of the work and when it was completed the paint matched perfectly and my truck looked brand new again. I couldn’t be more happier with the work that was done and the great customer service.

Cars often look great when you pick them up after a repair but often determining quality needs the test of time. Eastside Moray repaired my Mazda over 2.5 years ago and it still looks as good as it did the day I picked it up. I was concerned about a good paint match but in the end it was perfect. Communication was excellent through the process. I highly recommend their service.
