I absolutely love Eatzis, the food is amazing! It’s just about the only place I eat out at now days. There’s only one problem and it’s a big problem for me. I’ve been going there for a long time, every week, multiple times a week, and in the beginning the little manager guy always spoke to me. Always made me feel welcome and that my money was well spent. Here recently though, he looks me dead in my face, walks right by me and doesn’t say a word, not even a smile or nod of the head. This is the 5th or 6th time now and it’s quite rude and not my idea of excellent customer service. He walks right next to me and speaks to everyone else, even taps them on the shoulder expressing his appreciation for them stopping in. I get nothing. I don’t know his name but he is there almost every night in the evening. A bit on the short side in height. I don’t know if this will reach him but I sure hope it does. Other than my experience with him Eatzi’s is the best ever!
A Fort Worth gem! The food is amazing with friendly staff. I have been a patron for a few years. A special shout out to Mark who has been the friendly face in the front. He always brightens my day and is so kind hearted.
Eatzi’s Fort Worth is an absolute gem! Their sandwiches are incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the pastries are simply amazing. The customer service is always warm and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate the wide variety of options they offer and everything is reasonably priced. A perfect spot for a quick bite, a treat, or to pick up something delicious for later. Highly recommend!
Although the place was very busy for a Sunday, I was highly impressed by the service. We came in for a last minute birthday cake option, and they went out of their way to not only decorate, but also write on it which she said they don't normally do. It definitely made a 16th birthday awesome! 😁
We visit this location everytime we’re in town from The Woodland's to visit our son at TCU. All of the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service! We bring a big cooler and stock up on our favorites including the Twice Baked Potato. The food is fantastic and fresh. The green beans are so perfect, we just eat them cold. They are always crisp and fresh. The crab cakes are the best I’ve ever had. A special shout out to Shina and Olivia who went above and beyond to make this trip extra special!
