We couldn’t be happier with Michael’s workmanship. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, polite, and meticulous. In just one week, he: * Removed and professionally capped our old fireplace, leaving the surrounding brickwork neat and secure. * Supplied and laid brand-new flooring throughout the entire room. * Fitted lovely new skirting boards, matching the room’s style and tying the whole look together. * Installed a brand-new radiator to a high specification, balancing the system, and leaving everything spotless on completion. What really impressed us was Michael’s attention to detail. He kept the workspace clean at the end of every day, explained each step of the process, and went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Communication was clear and upfront—no hidden costs or surprises. The transformation is stunning, and our front room feels warmer, brighter, and entirely refreshed. Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area
Have used Eco Tech for some years for both boiler servicing & plumbing.They always respond quickly & turn up on time when a visit is needed. Recently repaired both my CH boiler & a leaking toilet. Efficient friendly service. Definitely recommended.
Excellent service, friendly, polite, good advice, approachable, experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Came to install a gad fire at short notice, and quality of work is way above average. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Incompetent and unprofessional. Pipework for the boiler leaked the night of installation, I had to direct the water to my sink with cut up bottles because trays were filling up within a couple of hours. It took 47 days and 7 visits to fix. Left all the rubbish from the install and old boiler in the front garden and left copper shavings all over the kitchen. Didn't show up on time and a few times didn't show up at all. Didn't register the boiler, nearly missing the registration period (3 months). It only got registered because I rang up the manufacturer wondering if they were backlogged because that's what Michael kept telling me. Took nearly 4 months to get the manual I should have had straight away. Michael and his 'admin/girlfriend' lied to me about it being sent in the mail, only that I persisted did I actually receive the manual. Price paid was £2,640.00 for a Baxi eco compact 25 combi with 5 years warranty. The whole experience from start to finish was stressful and frustrating. I wouldn't go with them for free.
