Overall great service, but I can't always get a day and time that I'm home so I can see and hear what they find. For the most part I don't have pests, but decided to sign up to keep it that way. I saw more spiders in my house than usual after the first treatment this summer, but it was all good after that. Today Orlan came to check my attic and crawl space. He did an amazing job! He was very kind, early, helpful, thorough, and professional. He made sure to take care of protecting my house by wearing shoe booties and covering my clothes in the closet from anything that might fall down when opening the attic. My rating is for overall usage of EcoShield and mainly the inconvenience of when they can come. Maybe they could move their weekend to Sunday and Monday so I could schedule on a Saturday? I've appreciated the employees who have come to work on my house. Thanks!
David was wonderful. Super friendly, personable, and kind! My morning started off a little rough and David was the first person I spoke with that day (aside from my kids). He was great and changed the trajectory of the day. Such a blessing! Thank you David and thanks for taking such good care of my home! I should also mention that traveling to the valley isn’t easy or pleasant right now with several flooded and closed roads. He made it here on time AND with a good attitude! Amazing!
Frankie was really efficient and took the time to discuss the issues that he saw in the neighborhood with me, which was helpful to understand how echo shield was helping deal with our local pests. I appreciated that he spent extra time discussing the applications he was doing and why, and also explaining to me his experience dealing with other houses in the neighborhood and that mine was not unique. It was nice to have someone who was so attentive and engaged with the customers!
Kevin did a fantastic job! I hurriedly went out back to scoop up after the dogs so he didn’t have to worry about stepping in anything. He went the long way round so I could finish up! He also was very kind in giving us the reminder to wait a bit before letting the dogs out and also informed us of the other critter activity near our house. He was kind and informative.
Used them for a full year for a property with 2 sizable homes and 1 shop. First visit was thorough and great. After that, each visit got shorter and less detailed but we weren’t home to speak to them (we have cameras) nor should we have to if they did their job like they promised us. Their most recent visit was 40 minutes to treat all 3 spaces (13 minutes per dwelling of this size is not nearly adequate) and soon after, we found multiple large wasps nests. It became apparent that they were only treating the most convenient and visible areas. Our house isn’t an easy one (2 stories, very tall, multiple dormers, etc) and we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. Yes, they offer free interim visits if you call and report issues but we shouldn’t have to babysit or double check their work - especially for what we were paying. We hired them to take it off our plate, not for us to have to still get on the roof and check everywhere.
