Can't recommend enough. What a great class, great initiative, great ethos, and great teacher. Love what this place does for the community, and Carlo was so knowledgeable and patient with us. We did the mussel masterclass, but it was so much more than that - we filleted a red snapper, shucked and baked oysters, made tempura mussels, a mussel sauce and a chowder. Never felt so productive. Thanks Carlo and Dylan!
EFS were amazing. We used them for a 40th birthday party in a world war bunker (challenging conditions since the water pipes froze!), catering for 55 guests. The food was so delicious and they were very professional and helpful throughout. Communication and planning was made easy with Karen. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Excellently presented course, excellent knowledge and so much fun. We learnt so much about cooking in the 3 hour class. Thank you for the great ideas and inspiration. The food we made was delicious
I had the opportunity to experience the excellent event catering service by EFS at a friend's recent birthday party in Edinburgh. The savoury and sweet buffet food was delicious, with an imaginative use of ingredients and all was beautifully presented. The service from Kirsty and Karen was both friendly and efficient. I was also fascinated to learn that their work was also deeply-rooted in such a fantastic social enterprise. Truly inspiring! Thank you x
