Christopher came out to fix our separate upstairs AC unit and was wonderful. Nice gentleman, great service. They were able to get us an appointment same day during the holidays and we so appreciate the efficiency!
We had a great experience with Efficiency Mechanical today. Brian came out to service and repair our HVAC system and did an exceptional job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, organized, and very easy to work with. He kept everything clean, explained what he was doing, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. All around a great experience. Highly recommend both Brian and Efficiency Mechanical.
I had a wonderful experience with Hugo. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand and never made me feel rushed. You can truly tell he cares about his work and his clients. Hugo went above and beyond, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

We’ve been using this company for over 8 years, and they continue to exceed our expectations in professionalism, reliability, and customer service. Today, Eric came out to service our three A/C units, and he was fantastic. He not only fixed the issue we were having, but also took the time to thoroughly inspect all three units, ensuring everything was running efficiently. He clearly explained his findings and offered thoughtful recommendations for additional improvements, neatly scaled by importance, so we could make informed decisions moving forward. Eric was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. It’s this level of service that keeps us coming back year after year. Highly recommend Eric and the entire team!
