I would highly recommend Efficient Roofing, throughout the process of the estimate to scheduling they are Easy to work with. The guys who performed the work were on time , pleasant, and they definitely lived up to the name "Efficient " . The cleaned up and did a great job. Let me know when they were done.
The entire team at Efficient Roofing was amazing to work with from the owner, who provided a fair quote, to Ryan and the crew, who performed the work quickly and neatly, to the office personnel, who helped with expedient invoicing and warranty documentation. The crew with Efficient roofing did an excellent job worked very hard. Even when it started to rain they made sure it was dried in before they left. The last day they worked until after dark to make sure the job got done. A special thanks to Justin and Kasten for answering all of my questions!
Justin and his crew do amazing work. Having a flat foam roof can require quite a bit of maintenance, but I had Justin's crew power wash the roof as needed and their work is impressive to look at, especially when it has just been cleaned or a new white coating has been applied. Justin is an honest person that actually cares about his customers, which is hard to find in a contractor, especially now. Justin does every single roof inspection and goes over it in detail with you. He even takes pictures to show the current condition of your roof and to identify any issues, so that the homeowner does not need to go up on the roof, unless they would like to join him for the inspection. I want to take the time to thank Justin for caring, being honest, identifying and issues and providing a few options based on your budget. Justin does not try a push anything on his customers or "upsell" just to make more money. Bottom line, if you need anything regarding your roof, look no further than Efficient Roofing. Justin and his team did an amazing job on our detached garage roof. They overcame physical obstacles to get 46' long steel panels to our remote property and safely secured them to the roof. Their attention to detail on the flashing, skylights and drip-edge shows in a quality finished roof. Team members let us know when they'd arrive on property and always let us know when they were done for the day - courteous. This is our second Efficient Roofing project, they reroofed our primary residence 7 years ago. The entire project team was professional and a pleasure to work with, not minding questions.
