Extremely Disappointed With Today’s Detailing Service – Request for Immediate Resolution I’m leaving this review because I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received today. I paid $590 plus tax (approximately $640) for a full auto detailing service—including interior and exterior wash, clay bar, deionizing, 1-step paint correction, and a 2-year ceramic coating. For the price and the professional detailing expectations that were set, the quality I received was nowhere close. To be completely transparent, the work performed looked barely above a quick-touch automated wash. There was no attention to detail, and my windshield was noticeably dirtier than when I dropped the vehicle off, which is unacceptable for a service at this level. On top of the poor quality, the communication breakdown within your business made the experience even more concerning: • I was told the car was ready around 12:00 PM, and I was sent a video of only the exterior. • When I asked to see the interior, I received no response—so I called the detailer directly. He informed me that management hadn’t even told him that interior detailing was part of my service, and he only found out after contacting them following my request. • The AI automated text system also caused confusion the day prior by sending me appointment information for window tinting, making me genuinely wonder if I had been scammed or if the business even knew what I was scheduled for. • It is impossible to reach the owner, Ernest. The AI answering system does not connect to him, and I attempted to call multiple times while leaving the shop with no success. To be clear, Tony was professional, empathetic, and genuinely apologetic. He explained that the new guy worked on my vehicle and offered to personally rewash it to try to fix what happened. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I also noticed the two other vehicles he worked on looked fantastic—but that does not change the fact that I lost an entire day without my car, from 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM, only to receive a result far below what I paid for. At the end of the day, this is a business. I understand people are learning and new staff are being trained, but I am not paying premium detailing prices to be part of an auto-detailing training program. What I received today was unprofessional and disrespectful of both my time and my money. Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund or compensation is completely warranted, along with a guaranteed redo by an experienced detailer if I choose to give the business another chance. I am willing to discuss what a fair resolution looks like, but doing nothing is not acceptable. Please respond promptly so we can resolve this professionally. Excellent service! Timely, responsive, priced as quoted. So happy that they came to my home and made it so convenient for me. The quality of the work was amazing. I have made two other attempts to get dog hair out of the back of my SUV and this was the only team who could make it happen! There was also a teenage apprentice who worked on my vehicle and walked me through all the work they put into the detail. Very professional team, including the young man. Highly recommend. I found these guys advertising a killer package on facebook and liked the work I saw in it. Living in an apartment and having a car with a roof box I can't go through a tunnel car wash and rarely go to the self wash or the brushless. So I decided to have the mobile detailing come out and take care of my car and my mother in laws car. Not only did they do a good job they went above and beyond. I even got one of my neighbors to get his car taken care of they did that good of a job and it's so nice that they can come to you. I will be using them again for sure in the future for touch up care. Communication was on point, prompt, and I had updates every step of the way. I would 10/10 recommend using them if you can.
