I was new to this establishment. I really appreciated not having sale package pitches done when coming in for my massage. I am a hairstylist and work up the street at Charleston Blvd and Town Center. After my visit, I've already shared and recommend Elements to a couple that I see frequently. Just happened they're interested in doing massages. Who knew. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Julie at Elements. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and creates such a calming, safe environment. She took the time to understand what I needed and tailored the session perfectly. I walked out feeling both relaxed and renewed. Truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with!
I never really leave reviews but for this, I had to. Robbin gave me the best massage of my life, and that’s saying something since I get massages somewhat frequently. I lift weights 4-5x a week and have a very physically demanding job. I came in after working almost a week straight and desperately needed help feeling better. Robbin knew exactly what I needed and 90 mins later I was fixed. I will probably only go to her from now on. 10000000000/10
Laura was excellent at identifying my individual needs during my massage. The atmosphere here is excellent with very kind staff. I enjoyed the initial assessment with asking comfortability with massaging certain areas of the body- never had that asked at other massage parlors, so it shows this location cares about your comfort above all. Laura also asked about pressure levels and any areas I may want avoided before the massage, previous injuries, etc to ensure I received the best experience during my massage - all factors that are important for communication. During my massage she was communicative related to my comfort level, pressure, etc. The massage was thorough, focusing on areas I needed more attention on based on my initial conversation. I've never felt so relaxed during a massage- I've experienced several massages in my past with other locations and masseuses but I felt most at ease and comfortable here. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely return.
Tyler was WONDERFUL!!!! He was intuitive, listened to my needs and applied the perfect amount of deep pressure. I have already booked another session with him. The facilities are super clean, the ambiance is very calming and the staff is friendly. I want to also give a shout out to Meghan at the front desk. My car battery died and I had to call AAA. She waited with me to ensure I was safe and got the help I needed before she left for the night. I am so grateful to her for showing such compassion and care. I recently had a very bad experience at The Now Massage in Tivoli Village so I was hesitant to try out a new place. However, Tyler and Meghan changed that for me and I am now a fan and a new customer. Thank you, Elements!
