I’ve been around to a few massage places in Fort Wayne, and this one by far was the best. I will be back! Kayci was amazing and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. The prices were also reasonable.
Staff very friendly and professional. Jocelyn did an amazing job doing a sports massage on my 16 yo son who is having arm/shoulder pain. She made sure the pressure was not too much or too light. Afterward he was sore to be expected but his pain felt a lot better. Very impressed with the atmosphere and all the staff. Would recommend.
My MT, John, was talented, thorough, and professional. It's been hard to find someone providing firm enough pressure, and I enjoyed his medium pressure technique. I've had many experiences where the massage feels kind of random and unproductive, but you can tell he's well trained because he'd stop right on a sore spot and stick with it until the pain was gone. The facility was clean and had many small touches that make a big difference like heated beds, the ability to control sound and light levels in the room, and signs with answers to FAQs and recommended tipping amounts. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and informational. If you feel nervous about being an overweight person, I can say I felt 0 judgement from staff or my MT about that. I felt my MT and staff cared that I had a healing experience- which I did!
First visit was an amazing experience..was booked with an Elite Masseuse for deep tissue and was not disappointed. Owner and staff friendly and informative, membership is affordable and flexible. Very pleased they offer tailored facials w/ in-house made products.
Very friendly, professional, and capable staff at the counter, as well as the obviously fantastic massage therapists who have a variety of skills and approaches. My husband and I were previously members of a different massage service in town, and although our massage therapist was incredibly talented (I still wonder how she's doing and miss her special touch on occasion), the scheduling and office-related aspects were not managed nearly as well as Elements Massage. We love that not only does Elements Massage offer a number of skilled massage therapists for our needs, but that the staff can schedule, manage appointments, and make recommendations according to our particular needs. I was especially impressed on the occasion that I needed a massage between my regular appointments following an injury, and the staff taking my call was able to appropriately match an available therapist to my specific injury-related needs. I was already a big fan before, but now I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen. This kind of care and dedication feels like a rare gem, and I am so glad to feel like I am part of an Elements Massage family. I don't feel like I've discussed the therapists enough, but I am sure that even the ones I have not had personal experience with are amazing. If shout-outs are requested, my particular level of deep tissue + relaxation preferences fit perfectly with the massage styles of Alisa, Kaylin, and Leah. Kaye was also great, and my husband has had fantastic experiences with other message therapists there as well for his especially deep tissue needs. We adore all of you, past and present
