I paid over $182 including 18% tip at Eleven Nails Bar West Midtown for builder gel with cat eye, one nail repair, and a classic pedicure (no color), and this is one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, I was never given a manicure. There was no cuticle work, no cleaning, no proper nail prep, yet I was charged full price for builder gel. They also scratched my hands and got nail polish on my expensive coat. When I reminded the technician to do my nails. She simply used gel cleanser to wipe it off without even apologizing. This is unacceptable because builder gel requires proper manicure and prep in order to last. The builder gel was done very poorly. You can clearly see air bubbles inside the gel, uneven structure, and bad application. I noticed this while I was still in the salon and pointed it out, but the technician refused to fix it. After only 4 days, my nails started lifting and peeling from the cuticle. I have uploaded photos to show the condition — the gel is separating from my natural nail, which means the nails were not properly dehydrated, primed, or prepped. This is a technical failure, not normal wear and tear. Builder gel should last 2–3 weeks, not 4 days. The pedicure was also disappointing. They did not remove dead skin on my toe, yet they still called it a “classic pedicure.” This salon is overpriced and careless. They charge luxury prices but provide cheap-quality, rushed work. I paid $182 and now my nails look worse than when I walked in. I do not recommend Eleven Nails Bar West Midtown to anyone who cares about quality or professionalism.
I’ve been here a couple times and their nail service is amazing. Each nail design I have presented to the nail techs they can easily do. 🙌🏾
Absolutely amazing ! First experience was great called them because I was running behind I told them I was gonna be there at 6:25 and I got caught in traffic. Got there at 6:40 and they still did my nails and they were patient and did an amazing job They took their time I haven’t been this satisfied in a while! Definitely coming back !
Always give what I wanted at this nail salon!!! The best salon in ATL and they give 10% off for students!!! Love the team.
This was my first time coming here and I loved it. I loved the experience as well as my manipedi. Anna did her big one on my hello kitty french tip nails, and Winnie as well on my toes. The shaping is perfect, my french tips look so good. It did not take long at all. The playlist in the salon is so good.
