This is the ONLY plumbing company I use and call when we have an issue in our home. This latest was a doozy. They returned my call ASAP and scheduled someone to come out. The first attempt didn't work so they brought in another van with stronger equipment. All this was done within 24 hrs. This is our 3rd service by Elie's and each time, they are courteous, professional and skilled.
The crew from Elie’s was simply great. Even with cold snowy day the arrived promptly and got to work replacing our hot water tank. The installation was well done very in excellent professional manner. Good price, good product selection. Clean up was great. Nice professional folks very friendly.
Isaac and Brian were professional, courteous and very helpful. They came out immediately fixed our clogged sewer line after hours and got me up and running again. Would highly recommend!!
We have had great experiences with Elie’s Plumbing! They have snaked drains and offered good preventive advice on plumbing issues. And they just installed a replacement gas log fireplace for us. The plumber Mendel faced some challenges getting a new gas line through old hardened ash, but he persevered and made it work! I highly recommend and trust Elie’s Plumbing. They are always responsive.
We had the need to use our Home Serve plan for a sewer line clog. I called at 10 AM, and by 10:30 had a same-day appointment. Isaac and Brian arrived by 2:15 PM, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Even in 27 degree weather, they uncovered the exterior trap and had the tree roots extracted within an hour. They were polite, cheerful and professional even as they dealt with a sewage issue. That's a rare talent! Great employees for a good company.
