Miguel is easy to communicate with. He is able to accommodate my appointment next day at 10:30am. The team is very efficient and professional, finished the deep cleaning for my bedroom in 20 minutes.
Miguel was the person who was in touch with me from start to the end and also the one who came for the actual cleaning of our carpet. We had a big stain of wet dirt that was drying over the last few days and so wanted to urgently get it cleaned from the carpet. Miguel was prompt in his messages and we were able to get him to help us out on the very next day at 7.30am PT ! He and his colleague came together at sharp 7.30am PT and were thoroughly professional in their communication and cleaning efforts. The full cleaning of 2 of our standard rooms took ~35mins after which the dirt spot was non-existent and the entire house carpets were as good as new! He was also kind enough to himself tell us how long to wait for the carpet to dry as well as what precautions we should take! Overall we are fully satisfied with the timely value of the service provided by Elite Carpet cleaning and would instantly recommend it to anyone in the future!
