I went here to get a large scrape on the lower rocker of my car fixed. It was really deep, down to the metal, and about 18 inches long. Elite Collision was so helpful. They were honest and transparent about the work that needed to be done. The work came out beautifully and at a very reasonable price. My car looks great! All the interactions I had with the team were friendly and pleasant. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming here for any future work I need done, and recommending to others!
This is the second time I had a vehicle painted and body worked on and let me tell you. They’re the best in Pittsburgh. I’ve never seen a shop so clean right there. It should just speak volumes Annie at the front desk. Is great Communicates with you answers any of your questions an emailed you through the process of the job they are the best in Pittsburgh don’t waste your time going to any other body shop go to Elite
These guys are the real deal. Had a small collision with a raccoon and needed a new bumper. the team was very considerate and kind helping me out through the whole process. they blew my expectations out of the water when it came to the repair. my paint was matched perfectly and they even vacuumed and cleaned out my car after the job was done. (honestly left it 10x better then when i dropped it off 😂). hopefully i wont have to see these guys again soon, but if anything happens i know where im going
I was DEVASTATED when my son wrecked my wife's 2017 Sedona. I didn't know if I even wanted to keep the car anymore. We were told to bring it to Elite based on positive reviews and reputation. I was NOT disappointed. My car looks good as new, feels great and was done in a timely manner. So pleased with the results!! (Hoping I NEVER have to deal with this again, but...) if I ever need a repair again, I will definitely bring my vehicle back here!
