I had an excellent experience with Elite Repair Services, thanks to Chris. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He assisted me with exchanging my phone battery and went above and beyond by working overtime, almost 1.5 hours to make sure my phone was ready. Not only did he deliver the phone, but he also helped me set everything up properly, which I really appreciated. His professionalism, dedication, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend Elite Repair Services, and especially Chris, for outstanding service.

Elite Tech Repairs have been fantastic with repairing our Samsung tablet under warranty as an authorised Samsung repairer. From initial dropoff to pickup they've been quite organised and fantastic to deal with. Repair estimated to be within a week and was completed within the timeframe. I've always thought warranty repairs were difficult to organise but my experience has been really positive.
AVOID this business for screen repairs. Technition failed to fasten the screws on thr back of the phone. A screw came loose and was stuck in the adhesive. The phone screen no longer sat flush in the case and led to screen damage in less than a week from the repair. Response from owner Cody was unsatisfactory, all about cost to business instead of recognising the SERVICE I paid for, having the back of the phone secured properly, was indeed faulty, no partial refund offered. If I was to go back to this business I would have had to still pay for the new screen. He would only offer the backing put back on, which would be redundant as I'd still need to get a new screen. Logic isn't their strong suit. The damage to the screen was a result of the screw not being fastened and leading to the screen not sitting flush in the shock proof case. Go somewhere else, save your money and hassle of dealing with a business that doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
