Reception guy was rude. And They deceived me by sending a different massage therapist to my room than the one I had originally booked. After coming here three times, I noticed that the routine I was familiar with had suddenly changed, and it turned out they were sending different people while lying about it. The service was also unfriendly.
This was by far the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. The therapist scratched my back with their nails, leaving painful marks and bruises all over. They demanded a tip of $20–$30, which felt like harassment. When I asked for stronger pressure, they just kept rubbing the same sore spot repeatedly, making the pain even worse. I walked out with scratches, bruises, and regret. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs.
First time coming and it was the best experience. Came with my sister and we were greeting immediately. Asked us if it was our first time and if we had any areas of concern. Took their whole hour. Don’t trust the negative reviews because I was starting to but they weren’t like that. Nor did they pressure us in tipping.
First time to try this place. Clean and smells good. The staffs are okay except for one guy, he needs to be nice and learn to respect customers. The massage therapist who assisted me was good and she stretched me, next time I want a little deeper massage which I asked. Price is good and I gave her $25 tip even they were rushing me to pay through Zelle. I will try to come back and try other options - I had the combo massage. Just a suggestions, hopefully they can lower down a bit the volume of their music so customer can relax a bit. It’s my preference.
On Valentine's day I tried getting a massage from the place I used to go before, but they were fully booked. This was the only place that took me in. I have gone to so many massage places and by far this is the best for me. I love it here so much that I started telling my friends to come here. Since then, I have been coming here along with my other friend. I had Bebe the very first time I was here and she was excellent so she has been giving me my massage everytime I come. I highly recommend this place. I guarantee you will be happy. Thanks Elite Thai Massage. I truly am a satisfied customer. 😊😀
