The team was so helpful and provided so much information about what we needed. They even cared about me and my son getting cold in the waiting room and offered their personal blankets. It’s hard to come by this level of care. Would recommend 100000% to anyone who has been putting off care. They make it easy. Thank you!
Called them cuz I was in severe pain from an exposed nerve, had an appointment within an hour and had a root canal and several other major issues taken care of immediately. Amazing staff, so kind and caring. Dr. Ali was awesome, he communicated everything before and during the procedures. They explained my options thoroughly and helped me make the best choices for my health and my wallet. I definitely recommend them!
I came in on a Sunday for a bad abscess. I was able to schedule a same day emergency appointment, The entire staff from the moment i arrived have been beyond friendly and engaged. Nothing feels rushed. They take the time to explain everything, answer all questions thoroughly, present options, and do so in a way that makes you feel as though they really care. I can’t imagine a more calming, professional experience. Come here if you truly have a dental emergency.
Everything was fine until it came time for the treatment plan. They stated my dental insurance does not cover out of network dentists. However, that is completely untrue.I am well aware of what my dental insurance does and does not cover and out of network is covered. Because of that, I do not recommend them.
Helena and Kendi (hopefully I'm spelling their names right) were awesome and very knowledgeable! The dentist was too. I told him I wish he could be my regular dentist 😂 He gave me all the answers that I needed and never seemed rushed during the consultation. Really appreciate that. I'm very familiar with how healthcare works. I can say with confidence that the vast majority of the 1-star reviews calling them a "scam" etc are not their fault. They're offering a service to you that few others do, which is weekend and late night availability on a walk in basis for emergent needs. Of course appointments are going to cost more than your primary care dentist that you schedule months in advance. When it comes to healthcare there's only three factors. Quality, affordability, and accessibility. It's impossible to have all three at the same time no matter where you go. You can choose any two, but one always be left out. This place provides accessible care AND quality care, so yes emergent treatments/procedures aren't as affordable as some other places. The trade off is that you don't have to book it weeks or months in advance, and you get helped by competent and friendly people.
