Casey was an absolute superstar and worked miracles on my hair! She gave me the best haircut of my life and I left the salon feeling like a new person - I can not recommend her enough. She really listened to what I wanted and brought that to life for me. I can’t thank her enough! My first time at this salon but I won’t be going anywhere else now. I entered the salon with hair that was too long and felt dull and flat but left with the most amazing shoulder length cut that was styled to perfection!
You wouldn’t know Kayla is new to the salon as she was very warm and friendly, and seemed to have a quiet confidence in her work. She asked me what I wanted and delivered it perfectly; my hair has movement and texture exactly as I asked for. I love my hair and had an extremely enjoyable hour in the process. Thank you :)
Terrible experience — avoid this salon at all costs! There are absolutely no professional stylists working here. I specifically asked to have my hair colored using the same technique I already had, just to lift the color to the roots. The result was shocking — nothing really changed after the coloring! My grown-out roots looked exactly the same, and there was no smooth transition between the roots and the rest of the hair. After toning, my hair was left a dark gray color that wouldn’t wash out for over two weeks. I had asked for a clean, icy white shade — the same color I had before — but they completely ruined it. When I tried to speak with the administrator, they rudely refused to refund me and showed zero professionalism or respect. I had to go to another salon to fix the disaster they made. This place is an absolute disgrace — don’t waste your time or money here!
We had the pleasure of meeting Lily, who created an amazing hairstyle for my 13-year-old son. His hair is very curly, demanding, and difficult to manage, but Lily handled it brilliantly. She knew exactly how to approach it and gave him a simple yet very effective cut. We loved her method and professional approach. Truly amazing and highly recommended! Thank you, Lily! Olga
My daughter and I went to have our hair done by Polly yesterday and are both delighted with what she did. She has a warm and polite personality and she discussed and listened to us about what we wanted and that was exactly what she did. I was very happy as it’s been a long time since my hair looked so good. My daughter has beautiful, long, thick hair and Polly did a great job in making it look fantastic. It looked so good other customers in the studio were complementing on how lovely it was. Sincere thanks to Polly for making us feel so welcome and doing such a great job on our hair.
