The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and prepared for you when you walk in, there has never been a time in which they were running late and the treatments have always been terrific.
I had my first visit to this office yesterday, and I can't wait to go back for future treatments. It is a beautiful facility, and all staff I interacted with were very sweet and caring - from the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the nurse. A big special shout out to my nurse Chelsea who did my BBL/Moxi. She is my new girl for all aesthetic treatments! She really knows her stuff and made me feel so comfortable. You can tell she loves what she does, and genuinely cares about you, and provides the best service tailored to you and your goals. Thank you so much Chelsea and Empire Aesthetic Center for a wonderful experience.
Kori and the staff welcomed me and explained everything about my treatment to my satisfaction. Lori did a great job and I will see her for my next treatment next week.
