I have had great results at Empower...my PT gal, Heidi, is very caring and professional and takes the time with each of her patients and listens to our concerns. The whole staff are friendly and make the experience fun....
Amazing staff. They are friendly and focused on your healing and therapy sessions. They truly want to see you succeed in getting better and help every way they can to get you there. I've been coming here for over 2 years now and they are my go to when I need some therapy. I believe they go above and beyond to accommodate most of us and our crazy schedules and needs. I recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.
Everyone was really amazing and took care of me well. I got in a car accident and had lower back and neck pain. Heidi and her crew took care me so well. Today was my last day and was kinda sad cause I loved the environment and the people there. Of course, I was happy to be back to normal but I did enjoy going there. I wish I was a physical therapist and to join their crew. Thank you for helping me. I have an active lifestyle and was emotionally and physically bad after my car accident. You got me back to normal so fast and I am now ready to get back into it. I definitely recommend this place. Also, you have to trust the process, it might feel slow at first but they know what they are doing. They take the right steps to help you get back to normal. Heidi, my physical therapist has really become my inspiration.
I visited this medical office for the first time today. The receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant. I was a bit nervous due to my foot injury, the surgery I had and how stiff my foot was. Heidi was the PT I saw she was very reassuring that I would be back to doing my normal activities in a short amount of time with some work on the foot. She answered questions I had and was gentle with the PT I received. The gentleman assistant was also kind and helpful when assisting me with some of the exercises for my foot. The office is clean and the atmosphere is family orientated. I would definitely recommend this place for your Physical Therapy.
¡Jennifer y Rachel son geniales! Tan amables y conocedoras de su oficio. Solo pude venir a visitar aquí durante esas dos semanas antes de mudarme, pero pasé de usar un andador a caminar en esas dos semanas. ¡Gran instalación y buen ambiente! ¡Buena elección de lugar para ir!
