I had my ring sized down after so many years of it annoying me… it was a reasonable price, and took no time at all…. Today I picked it up and was so pleased…. It not only fits me perfectly, but they cleaned and shined it too… it looks brand new and it’s 13 years old… thanks Enigma jewellers, you are amazing….
Kath and her team have been with us since the start. We custom designed both our engagement rings and wedding bands. Kath's eye for detail and patience was incredible. The process was seamless and they were always there for any questions we had. We had so many options to choose from when creating our rings. High-quality pieces, friendly and committed service, a wide range of products, and a beautiful showroom. I have relied on Enigma jewellers for gifts, repairs, and most recently my and my husband's wedding rings. I can say the experience was wonderful and we are beyond impressed with the final product. From the first moment we walked into the shop we were greeted by welcoming and friendly smiles. Nothing was too hard and the whole team made us feel comfortable and were so patient. We spent time speaking about our options and Cath was great at helping us to get the best for our budget. I had my engagement ring remade by Enigma's very talented jewellers and had a diamond band I saw in the showroom and loved resized for my wedding band. No request was too much and they were completed timely. My husband designed his wedding band and it exceeded our expectations. I returned to Enigmas to purchase my beautiful wedding day earrings and a keepsake gold chain. I will honestly not shop anywhere else for jewellery. Catherine and the team at enigma were one of the highlights of our wedding planning experience. I purchased my wife's wedding rings, resized my own ring and my wife also purchased a range of necklaces and earrings for herself and the bridal party. The pricing was reasonable and the service was friendly and supportive. We are able to go in any time for a complementary ring clean (wedding ring I mean!) and a catch up with the ladies. We will definitely return for more jewellery and will recommend this jeweller to all of our friends. Cheers ladies!
