Erica T. Baldwin is a fantastic colorists and gives great haircuts to ensure volume etc. If you are looking for someone in the River Oaks area, she’s the one. Her Milbon treatments and products are great for my hair which tends to be dry. I have curly hair and often like to get it straightened for a different look. I love the way I look when I leave. I highly recommend her!
Erica T. Baldwin did such a phenomenal job on my balayage. The pictures speak for themselves. After seeing all the reviews I just stopped by one day for her to look at my hair and she said she could do what I was asking so came back today for my appointment she had these amazing reviews so of course I was a tiny bit skeptical because you never know but she legit did an amazing job. Lived up to the hype. Very happy with the results!! If you're in the Houston area, you need to come to her.
Erica is AMAZING!!!! I’ve been getting my hair colored for 20 years, and she’s hands down the best professional who’s worked on my hair. Her balayages and blonding in general are excellent. Every time I come see her, I leave feeling like a million bucks. Just go get your hair done with her!!!

She’s a true expert in dimensional color and makes sure the grow-out is seamless with no harsh lines. Her River Oaks salon is peaceful and private, and the entire experience felt high end from start to finish.
