Hell yeah this place cool as heck we did lost city I thought there was a turtle there wasn’t one but the game was fun Phil was an amazing game master and he and Stephanie got us in and out in great time. Room itself was challenging but beginner friendly I would say. Good ambience and very cool environment. Very nice lobby room, feels like a knives out set. Overall very good would recommend take your friends and stuff yeah!
We had an amazing experience at Escapeology Fisherman’s Wharf! We booked two rooms back to back and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Our first room was Lost City, and Emit was our game master — she was fantastic. Everything was explained clearly, the game flowed perfectly, and we’re proud to say we escaped with no hints! Our second room was Narco, which was much more complex and challenging in the best way. Phil was our guide for that room. He was also the person we spoke to when we called ahead of time, and he was so kind and helpful even before we arrived. Overall, the staff made the experience outstanding, the rooms were immersive and well-designed, and the challenges were super engaging. Highly recommend Escapeology Fisherman’s Wharf — we’ll definitely be back!
I honestly couldn’t recommend this escape room more. Our first visit was not ideal, and I left with concerns about room wear and a few gameplay issues that affected the flow. But what happened next is what completely changed my perspective and is the real reason I’m writing this review. The owner personally reached out, took the feedback seriously, and offered us the chance to come back for another run through. We returned just days later, and the difference was night and day. The room had been upgraded dramatically, the gameplay ran smoothly, and the overall production quality felt elevated to the level you’d expect from a top tier escape room experience. What impressed me most is that every issue I had previously raised, along with multiple suggestions, was addressed quickly and thoroughly. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it shows genuine pride in the experience they’re providing. Beyond that, the concept of the room itself is extremely clever and genuinely fun. Once everything was fully aligned and polished, it became exactly what an escape room should be: immersive, challenging in a fair way, and incredibly enjoyable. The staff was also fantastic — attentive, professional, and clearly invested in making sure guests have a great time. If you’re on the fence, go. Not only is this an amazing escape room with a great team behind it, but it’s also a business that actually listens and improves immediately. I can’t recommend it enough.
We played the Lost City room. It was awesome! We found the treasure and escaped right on time. The puzzles were smart, and the room looked great. Staff was super nice too. Highly recommend for a fun challenge with friends or family!
