Had a facial today with Sabrina and it was fantastic! She was very meticulous and is incredibly knowledgeable in recommending not only the appropriate products for home use, but the perfect treatment for maximum results! Very disappointing experience. I purchased a skincare product from this business based on their recommendation, after being told my preferred product was discontinued. Later, I discovered that the original product was actually still available, and the replacement they sold me was nearly twice the price. Not only did this product severely irritate my skin—which had been stable prior to this change—but when I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund, I was essentially told it was my problem. Despite explaining that I felt misled by inaccurate information, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to consider a refund or any meaningful solution, citing policy rather than any genuine concern for customer satisfaction. If you value transparency, professional advice, and respect as a customer, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. This experience has been both frustrating and costly, and I would never purchase from them again.
Just had a facial and my skin feels absolutely amazing! So soft, clean, and refreshed. The treatment was relaxing and i had with The best Isabelle, she is very professional and gentle. I can already see a healthy glow on my face. Highly recommend!
If you come here, ask for Léa!!! She is wonderful no matter what service you are getting. On top of that she really knows her stuff so you can ask any questions you want about any concerns or specific treatments. I felt like I was at the spa during my facial, it was beyond relaxing with her! Highly recommend.
