The best investment in myself was coming to this spa. The people are incredibly sweet and very professional. Stephanie makes you feel comfortable with her happy personality and kind bedside manners. I definitely recommend this place for results that last, and are worth the price and time investment.
Over all great experience and smooth transition. When I first walked in I was greeted by the receptionist offered refreshments while I finish some Consent forms. Once entered into my room the nurse made me feel so comfortable. She also worked quickly and efficiently because the laser is a little spicy. Overall great experience
I only had a consultation, but I felt cared for by Melissa who put the effort into working with me in finding an option best for me, I truly appreciate the care that she put into the consult. As well as the receptionist, she made the place feel real fancy and reliable just by her demeanor. Really calmed my nerves. Anyways, long story short, I felt taken care of.
I hadn’t been to this location since February of 2024 while they were still Ideal Image but coming here today for my appointment was a smooth transition. It was almost like nothing has changed except the terms and prices. The whole process is still so nice and I definitely enjoy coming here every single time to get my laser removal. I think me not coming back a while shows that their services definitely show results!
I had laser hair treatments (lower face and underarms) and while it might be a tad uncomfortable, the staff makes the experience great. The welcome is very warm, allows for questions without being rushed! Amber performed the treatment and was great! She makes sure you are comfortable and goes as slow or fast as you like. She explains and answers any questions. Overall great appointment experience!! Also, reasonably priced! Thank you, Esthetica
