Unfortunately this business will not answer 2 questions on the phone before I spend 3 hours of my time on an in-person consult, in exchange for new and long-lasting business. In my experience, preliminary gaging the experience of the staff have proved quite beneficial in making best of the most important currency of all: time. Aura Skin Spa in San Francisco and Dr. Karimi in LA have had 0 apprehension with this. Sadly, they're awfully far or else keep them on speed dial!
I started coming here for underarm laser but have had such an amazing experience with my esthetician, I decided to add additional areas as well. I have to give a special call out to Ana. She is always incredibly kind, professional, informative, and likes to make sure you are comfortable at all times during the treatment. She is definitely an asset to the company.
I had my first-ever peel with Cat at The Esthetics Center, and she was incredible! I was a little nervous since I’d never done anything like this before, but she made me feel totally comfortable and walked me through every step. She really listened to my skin concerns and customized the treatment to what I needed. My skin already feels so much smoother and more refreshed! Cat is super sweet, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. I’ll definitely be back!
