I was excited to get my hair cut at this place since the reviews are great, however I left the appointment feeling rather dissapointed. I booked for a curly cut but they started cutting my hair when wet and not dry so I don't think you can even consider that a curly cut. I asked for side bangs and they were cut unevenly. They are different lengths on the sides when curly and when straight and it just looks so bad. I was hoping that when they looked uneven curly, it would be even when I straightened my hair but unfortunately that was not the case. My stylist was Eden and she was really lovely but she unfortunately didn't deliver on the kind of haircut I wanted. To pay so much and not have a good outcome is very upsetting.
So thankful! I’ve been looking for a place like this for so long. Amber shared insight about my curls/texture as well as tips to keep it healthy and full of volume! I felt listened to, and my hair, absolutely taken care of. The curly cut was better than I could’ve imagined. The space was clean and aesthetically pleasing but more than that, the staff were warm, highly skilled and kind. Thank you again for today! 😭🙏🏼💗
Absolutely fantastic experience with Amber. She completely understood what I was looking for, she is perceptive, gently and takes her time to make sure she does a great job. I’m very picky in regards to my hair as not many people know how to deal with it, but Amber is a 100/10! Lovely experience. They also offer coffee, tea and water while you wait for your turn :)
Excellent service! I had an appointment with Eden, and she's super nice and explains step by step what she'll do with your hair and how you can do it. I felt very reassured after her explanation and knew I was in the right place and with the right person. They are very professional, thank you very much!
I had an appointment with Elizabeth today and she was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly and easy to chat with. She really took the time to ask all the right questions and understand exactly what I wanted and needed for my hair. She also gave me a personalized routine and helpful tips to keep my hair healthy at home, which was so helpful. The overall experience couldn’t have been better. My hair has never looked or felt healthier. Elizabeth truly did an amazing job, and I can’t recommend her enough!
