EUROFIT CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY ALLOY WHEEL - One of the worst and most unprofessional tyre shops I’ve ever dealt with. Staff are inexperienced, careless, and completely unaccountable. Damage was caused to my alloys during a tyre fitting and immediately denied, despite same-day photo evidence. What made this worse was the behaviour of management. The director, Ernest Puchu Nyumah, arrived and was extremely aggressive, escalating the situation instead of resolving it. At one point he threatened to knock me out — an absolutely shocking way to speak to a customer. This is not how a legitimate business operates. There was no professionalism, no customer care, and no willingness to take responsibility. Everything was denied until legal action was taken, and only then — months later — was the issue finally settled and damages were paid in full including interest and court fees. If you value your car or your safety, do not come here. Aggressive management, poorly trained staff, and a complete lack of integrity. Reply back to Eurofit’s response: Their response is a clear attempt to rewrite events and discredit a customer rather than take accountability. The threatening behaviour described in my review is captured on video and documented. It was not exaggerated, misinterpreted, or fabricated. Others present at the time also witnessed the interaction and commented on the conduct. The claim that no damage was caused is false. Damage occurred during the tyre fitting and was denied despite same-day photographic evidence. Responsibility was only accepted after legal action, not because of integrity or goodwill. It is also worth noting that multiple people warned us about this business before using it, based on similar experiences. The behaviour shown during this incident unfortunately aligned with those warnings. Long, defensive statements and attempts to portray the customer as "malicious" do not change documented facts. This review reflects a genuine experience, supported by evidence. Anyone reading this is free to judge for themselves based on both the review and Eurofit's response.
Quick service although felt as though part worn tyre was a bit too expensive. I’ve been to a fair few locations & usually pay around £40-£45 for my part worn run flat tyres. These guys charged my partner £60 for a “non run flat” part worn tyre, it felt like my desperation was being exploited as the tyre had blown out so pulled in their garage on hazards flashing. I would recommend checking & comparing prices with other nearby shops as another shop nearby quoted £50 but just didn’t have that size to hand.
Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive. I will definitely use their services again.
Called yesterday explaining my back wheel had a screw in it. They clearly advised me of my options and provided directions of how to reach them. Once there I was met by friendly mechanics who took care of the job professionally and quickly to get me on my way. New wheel added, payment made and even all the tyres checked for air. Thank you for a great service. Would highly recommend!
