Had a fantastic experience at European and Domestic Auto! Eli is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and most importantly, honest! I came for new brakes and the team identified another issue that needed to be fixed. They encouraged me to see if the additional repair was covered under my warranty and told me exactly what to ask. I recently had my Range Rover Velar repaired and, after a frustrating experience with other service providers, European & Domestic Auto Care truly exceeded my expectations. A previous repair shop did not have a mechanic knowledgeable enough to properly diagnose or fix my vehicle, and the certified dealership was “too busy” to assist—even after keeping my car for several days with no resolution. European & Domestic Auto Care stepped in and provided exactly the level of service I was looking for. Not only were they knowledgeable and capable of repairing my vehicle correctly, but they also worked with me through multiple hurdles involving my warranty company. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to listen to me as a very matter-of-fact customer made a stressful situation far more manageable. I am extremely pleased with the end result, the service provided, and the overall experience. I highly recommend European & Domestic Auto Care to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused vehicle repair shop.
Really happy! We needed an oil change and a quick once over on our Subaru before the holiday travels and the European & Domestic team delivered! Not only did they fit us into their jam packed pre-Holiday schedule, but their quote for our brake replacement was super reasonable. They worked fast, communicated frequently, and delivered above and beyond. We’ll be back for sure!
I'm adding my sincere review to the many well-deserved 5-star reviews of this business. I initially took a chance with my first Audi based on the positive reviews, and have continued to bring my second Audi to them based on their wonderful work and customer service. Most recently, they stuck with me as I was trying to get to the bottom of a brake issue. With both of my cars, I never felt like they were hunting for extra work to bill me for, they always explained the whats and hows and most importantly, they were honest. I feel they do good work at a fair price. Special thanks to the owner and to Charlie and Eli who always are accommodating.
It’s rare to talk about car repair and being 100% delighted in the same sentence, but that’s exactly how I felt today thanks to Danny. I came in after getting a warning light about a low beam headlight malfunction. The shop was completely slammed, but Danny at the check-in counter still took the time to ask what kind of car I drove and offered to take a look. He couldn’t have been friendlier and we even bonded over our shared love of BMWs and being fellow New Jersey transplants who miss great bagels here in Atlanta. Despite how busy it was, Danny tracked down a new bulb in the shop and replaced it for me right in the parking lot. He absolutely saved my day. This was hands-down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop and as a BMW owner, that says a lot. They’ve earned my business, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Bravo to Danny and the team from a 100% delighted customer!
