I had a great experience here. I brought my car in for an inspection and polishing assessment after some paint damage, and the staff was very honest and professional. They took the time to carefully inspect the hood, explained clearly what polishing could and could not fix, and set realistic expectations from the start. The workmanship was careful and transparent, and I really appreciated their integrity and willingness to help rather than oversell unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a body shop that is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, I would definitely recommend this place.
The team here does great work and is very honest. My car came back looking better than when I initially bought it from the used lot. Sung provided me two quotes to fix the damage. One consisted of replacing all damaged parts – which he said is the best choice. The second quote consisted of replacing the bumper but then fixing the larger metal piece. He said this could result in some gaps between the seams. I did opted for option 2, but worried about the gaps and if it would be fairly noticeable . With the final work, Sung felt there was some gaps but I think it all looks great and the supposed gaps won’t be noticed by the majority of people. When I saw the finished job, I thought I’d imagined the damage! The team even took care of the top dent by the front of the taillight, which predated my ownership of the car and wasn’t a concern to me to fix - but hugely appreciated. Overall I’d highly recommend European Auto Care. My last car got body work done at another shop years ago but when I called about this, was told they weren’t accepting such jobs anymore. I stressed about who to call now but they recommended European Auto Care. I definitely see why they did!

Right from the beginning, they handled my inquiry very professionally with a prompt response. When we met for the final quote, Sung was extremely professional, he led the conversation clearly and offered the most optimal solution. He even suggested using used parts to help lower the cost of the door repair, which I really appreciated. The timing was scheduled perfectly and dropping off and picking up the car was smooth and hassle-free. They kept me informed throughout the process, communicated all details about the status and were very open and transparent. I truly respected that. When I got my car back, it looked even more beautiful than before. You could not tell there had ever been a repair, an absolutely outstanding job. Thank you again! I definitely recommend this place.
