I had my eyebrows and back done with Marissa. She was super kind and extremely gentle and laid back. She mentioned she was new but it didn’t even seem like it. Great job and I will be back!!!
Kacy is truly so amazing. She provides the best service and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. She’s so great with time and always has me in and out.
Niha has such a beautiful spirit and a calming, reassuring presence. She was very effective; I experienced less pain but a superior smoothness than in previous appointments. I highly recommend her!
I want to start off by saying that Hope is absolutely fantastic. I've had two waxes done with her, and she made me feel super comfortable. You can definitely tell she cares about her job, and her clients. If you need a knowledgeable, gentle waxer, Hope is definitely your girl. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to a mishap with the front desk. I was sold an eyebrow waxing package, and I was assured that was the only thing I would be charged for. Turns out, the person at the front desk also signed me up for a Brazilian package without my knowledge. After a few calls, they have agreed to refund those charges, but unfortunately, I will not be going back.
Great experience at European wax yesterday! I've been doing sugaring for about 6 years always thinking it was better for me but after getting a brazilian wax with Niha she has definitely changed my mind. I'm less red and irritated and not sore at all. Niha was extremely professional, kind and friendly! This is one of the best experiences I've had and I will definitely be going back. Front desk associates were also very friendly and welcoming! :)
