Kicking off 2026 with Elevate: The Morning Sessions, hosted by VenuHub, Event Rents delivered in a way that genuinely surprised us—in the best possible way. The furniture line felt like real furniture: true scale, solid, comfortable, and thoughtful. Not undersized. Not “rental-looking.” So real, in fact, that we ordered more than we needed and didn’t even use a few pieces. And the rugs—who knew they could make that much of a difference? They grounded the stage, warmed up the room, and quietly pulled the entire setup together. The delivery crew was equally impressive—personable, efficient, and genuinely helpful as we moved things around and fine-tuned the layout. That kind of support matters when you’re designing a stage and want it to feel really good for speakers. I added some pillows and voila! The end result was a space that felt inviting and comfortable from every angle. More professional photos coming soon.

We used Event Rents for our wedding, and they did an incredible job with helping us select our colors, table setting, glassware, etc. Everything we selected was very high quality and looked absolutely amazing once it was set up at our venue (Deer Creek Valley Ranch). Event Rents knew our venue well, so they were able to help guide us to what colors and accents work well in that space, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend using Event Rents for your wedding! (I'll update once we get pictures of the venue and table settings.)
We had an amazing experience working with Event Rents via Relish Catering for our wedding! The showroom was great; we were able to see all of our options and build our perfect table settings right there. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating. The rentals were of wonderful quality and looked great!
