I made a service request through AHS on Dec 5th. The first company dispatched wasn't knowledgeable to diagnose the issue so AHS sent this provider which diagnosed the issue incorrectly aswell, ordered the incorrect parts, after 2wks of absolutely no communication from this service provider, I callled AHS to inform them that I had not had any communication as to when my washer would be fixed. In the 3rd week the unprofessional, unskilled tech didnt even test the work that was done by running the washer to ensure that it wouldnt get the same error message. I expressed how important it was to have my washer during this season and he ensured me that he didnt have to test it because of his diagnosis. Lo-and-behold he was wrong!!! My washer still had the same issue so, I immediately called the co and the excuses began. The individual used excuse after excuse and frankly had an arrogance saying he didnt care about his tech inability to fix my washer as well as me making a complaint to AHS!! No skill techs, poor professionalism, and a undeserving arrogance!! Be careful hiring unskilled companies like this one
Great service! He showed up on time and did a thorough job of troubleshooting the issue. Once the part came in, very fast installation and completion of work. Easy to find a time that worked with our schedule.
Charged $508 and I still don't have a working washing machine. 2020 Samsung washing machine. Timeline was 2 weeks and 4 visits in total. Got a broken valve replaced, suspension rods replaced, and clogged drain cleared. After services, the washing cycle became super loud and machine shakes. This was a new problem that the machine had no history of. Was quoted an additional $700+ to replace transmission. Told it would be cheaper to replace machine and given $200 refund. Cons: I wish a full diagnostic was done initially so that I would have known the actual cost of repair before paying for the smaller services. I would have just replaced the machine had I known. Additionally replacement parts were definitely overcharged. Especially since I actually purchased the suspension rods myself from Amazon. I was told there would be a discount on parts since I purchased it but it didn't factor in the total cost once I saw the receipt. When I initially called the office, it was hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. Took like 2 days to have someone answer. Pros: Services that were rendered were good. Repairman was knowledgeable. Communication through text with repairman was also good when I had questions. I was refunded $200 since my issue was not resolved. Final verdict: I probably won't use this company again.
Wow Yevhen absolutely fantastic work today! Told me about 3 month warranty! Really good price! I am happy with my fixed washer! I wasnt able to drain he came and diagnosed it! The previous person told me i needed a new washer! Removed the F21 code!
EDIT::: My dryer finally got fixed. Took way too long, I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’ll change my 1 star to a 3 because I had to jump through hoops to get it fixed. The 4.9 review is what caught my attention. Run. If you don’t believe me. Read my post and look at my pictures for proof. I am a single parent and now my dryer looks like this, who knows if it was put back together properly! So the guy Andrii was “done.” I paid him. Then I went over to my dryer to look and I saw a screw hanging from the dryer, I handed it to him and he grabbed it and he quickly scurried out of my apartment. I went and looked closer at the dryer and noticed, that screw I handed to him went to the dryer gap. I immediately texted him, telling him that screw belong to my dryer. He didn’t answer me. So I called him, there is a language barrier so he told me to call text him. I told him again in text, the screw goes to my dryer that the top isn’t all the way on. He wants to tell me something about, me being in a hurry that he will stop by in a few days. I am MAD! How do you take over $400 and dip? No one has ever contacted me still, no one’s still reached out, it is now February 14. Almost two months. I’m warning y’all! Not worth it :(
