I was honestly a bit worried after seeing the reviews here but I booked a room (Haunted Horcrux) and went anyways. The game was fun, we did need some help but the mechanisms all worked as planned. Nothing malfunctioned. The staff at the front desk was nice, helpful and kind.
we had a blast at the escape room! the staff was very nice and helpful, great themes and awesome puzzles.
i’ve done a lot of escape rooms in my life and almost always had a good experience even at other exit locations. the staff seemed rude and irritated and started our timer while we were in the bathroom. i understand if someone else was booked after us but we were the last booking for that room for the day and other rooms started after us so we wouldn’t have gone past closing. we also hung around for 10 minutes after our time was up and the staff were just hanging around anyways. honestly really disappointed considering how expensive it is and how i’ve been a loyal customer for years and never experienced this.
We had excellent time there with my teenage kids! We did CSI, and unfortunately it was pretty hard, couldn't escape the room (apparently only 20% success rate!), but it was really well-designed, very smart ploy. Staffs were very friendly, everything was clean too. Definitely will come back.
My family and I came in for my husband's birthday, and did the Haunted Mansion themed room. The staff was awesome, incredibly inviting, helpful and the room and puzzles were fun! Did we make it out? Not quite! But - we all had a blast. Thank you for being a part in making my husband's birthday special. We appreciate you a lot 🙏 😇
