We should have started with Melissa! She came in with her team and literally showed-up the competition with almost weekly open houses, staging that made our house look like magazine quality. The ads were amazing and reached many with much more views and visits and it sold in two months basically with a cash offer as-is. We closed 3 weeks later and it was seamless. Over the years i have dealt with several Real Estate agents. In almost all of those circumstances I'm pretty sure i worked harder than they did on my RE transaction. However, I finally ran into one, Allison Clay, that without a doubt put my interests first. I quickly realized that she was listening, took the time to understand my position and then truly represented me when it came time to negotiate with the other party and their agent. For the first time I experienced an agent who went to battle for me. In the back and forth of offer/counteroffer etc-never once did i think she tried to sugarcoat my comments or work with the other side to just get a deal done, but she stood her ground "for me". Why can't they all do that? Allison is genuine and honest. It is clear that she lives every day like it's Sunday when it comes to her faith. Any adult out there that has lived a few decades knows how rare (yet treasured) that is now. I would absolutely recommend Allison to anyone considering selling or buying a house. C.S. Montgomery
