Amazing business! Went to buy a refurbished iPhone and received a great quality device along with all the accessories it would need and a 1 year warranty. Flawless customer service to match, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. They even did the data transfer from the old device free of charge 😊 Highly recommend!
I went to Experimax today, on Black Friday, to purchase a refurbished MacBook. The sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful and shot it straight. I went home with a MacBook Air that was in perfect condition with all the accessories I would need. It was a recent release and I have a one year warranty. I haven’t done the legwork but I am pretty sure I paid much less than the current retail price. So excited.
These guys are great. I had worked with them several times in the past and came in today because I was experiencing what was a nightmare for me. My phone has so many pop-up ads that I couldn't read a text message without interruption. The frustration was high and I was unable to leave the phone. They were professional, patient, kind and tenacious. My phone is now working properly and I am deeply grateful. I highly recommend this Experimax location and I certainly will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Gavin and Leonard!
